Culturupt has continued to serve as a critical third-party neutral investigator for sensitive sexual harassment and discrimination investigations involving high-profile executives at public companies, and start-ups. We have also been hired to provide one on one training or coaching for individuals following an investigation. On the training side, Culturupt recently finished several trainings that were well received. Finally, in line with Culturupt’s mission of giving back, Culturupt dedicated a week to volunteering in Texas with the Texas RioGrande Legal Aid Project by assisting individuals prepare for their credible fear interview with an Asylum Officer, see below for more info.

Culturupt’s Founder, Ritu Pancholy, and Vice President of Content, Blue Chevigny, spent a full week providing pro bono legal services to the immigrant women and children who are detained in the South Texas Family Residential Center, a detention center for women and children. Culturupt’s efforts in Dilley were provided in conjunction with the Dilley Pro Bono Project, which is a partner in the CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project established jointly by the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC), the American Immigration Council, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. While in Dilley, Ritu and Blue interviewed and prepared primarily Central American women for their credible fear interview with an Asylum Officer.

Interactive Sexual Harassment Trainings in the Workplace

Culturupt finished a flurry of sexual harassment trainings in advance of the New York state deadline. After training an international and high growth start-up, SimilarWeb, the Deputy General Counsel of SimilarWeb noted that “The training was everything we hoped it would be and more. In the hashtag#metoo age, this training is more important than ever, and you presented material in an accessible and engaging manner, leading to really valuable discussions. Thanks so much!”

As we head into 2020, Culturupt is ready to assist with all of your training needs.

Growth Mindset Trainings

We are very thrilled by our latest course offering on Growth Mindset in the Workplace. Our interdisciplinary approach combines the issues we see because of our backgrounds in the law, psychotherapy, and career coaching. We incorporate the latest neuroscience research into our training. We recently trained all of MFA Financial, including its CEO and executives, on Adopting a Growth Mindset and how to deliver feedback from this perspective. We received this feedback from the VP, HR Business Partner, “Thanks for a thought provoking training!! Our staff are sure to have more of a growth mindset moving forward because of you two!”
